Notice of Changes to the Terms of Use

Hello from flit eSIM.

Thank you for using flit.

We are updating certain provisions of our Terms of Use to improve the account deletion and recovery process and to create a fairer and safer service environment by preventing the fraudulent registration, purchase, and use of coupons, points, and eSIMs.

The updated Terms introduce a 30-day grace period following an account deletion request, during which a member may reactivate their existing account. The changes also clarify the measures the Company may take when a member violates their obligations or fraudulently uses promotional benefits.

In addition, we are standardizing the article and paragraph numbering format and correcting certain numbering, spacing, and structural errors to improve readability and make individual provisions easier to identify and reference.

The standardization of the numbering and structure is intended solely to improve the format and clarity of the Terms and does not itself result in any substantive change to members’ rights or obligations.


[Effective Date]

The updated Terms of Use will take effect on August 16, 2026. The full text of the updated Terms will be available on the Terms of Use page within the flit Service from the effective date.

The updated Terms will apply to service and promotional activities occurring on or after the effective date.


[Objections and Inquiries]

For questions regarding these changes, please contact flit Customer Support.

Members who do not agree to the updated Terms may terminate their service agreement or request account deletion before the effective date.

Members who continue to use the Service after the effective date may be deemed to have agreed to the updated Terms.

We will continue working to provide a fair, safe, and trustworthy service for all members.
